AI Agent (MCP)
Connect Claude, Cursor, and other AI assistants to WhatsApp via the Model Context Protocol
WhatsApp Cloud MCP exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets AI assistants interact with WhatsApp programmatically — sending messages, looking up contacts, reading conversation history — through natural language.
Requires Pro plan or higher.
Endpoint
https://wapi.lintech.live/mcpTransport: Streamable HTTP (not SSE)
Authentication
All MCP connections use your WA-MCP API key (wamcp_...) as a Bearer token. Find it in Settings → API Key.

Example Prompts
Once connected, you can give your AI assistant instructions like:
"Send a WhatsApp message to +1234567890 saying the order has shipped."
"Look up the last 10 messages from client My Store and summarize them."
"Send the welcome template to +33612345678 with the customer's name as the parameter."
"List all my WhatsApp clients and tell me which ones were active this week."
"List the contacts for client My Store and find anyone named João."
"Create a UTILITY template called order_update with a body that says 'Your order
{{1}}has shipped.'"
Security Note
Your API key grants full access to your WhatsApp clients. Treat it like a password — do not commit it to version control or share it. Rotate it in Settings → API Key if it is ever exposed.
